You can mix and match all of the parts together, but you will regret it. Every thing will interchange, but you may have a real mess trying to get pulleys aligned for a fan belt. Even worse with power steering.

You need to have the same vintage timing cover and harmonic balancer to get functional timing marks. You also need to be aware the balancers are different between cast and forged crank engines.

I switched from a 69 set up to a 71 to put a 71 factory air setup in my car. It was a real mess. The low mount Saginaw power steering I used was designed for a 73 up car with spool mounts. It interferes with the biscuit mounts on my 69. Turned out ok, but had to have custom power steering hose made.
