I hope so too. There are holes in the dash top and pins under the pad. Inserts or nuts of some sort to cinch it down. (mounting clips included) it says.
If it's like my 64 nope not easy.
My car came without a pad. Had the end cap no pad no holes.
I marked the dash drilled holes and just pushe it on took a little to get it off to repaint the frame.
I may glue it on this time.
