This is a tricky question. If you restore it do it for the shear love of the car. Values…. Hmmm….. it will definitely be worth more in another 10-15 years vs today. The later 360 cars are super cool, but never really seem to command the dough of say an earlier 70-71 340 car
If it’s a numbers car with good documentation I say go for it.
