Just to add to the thread, Sunday after wrenching on my junk all day I shot over to @Turbo440Dart house and we degreed the cam in his 440. It came in 3 degrees forward the first time so we backed it up a few and buttoned the bottom end up. It was supposed to be in at 106 and if I remember right we’re at 106.375. Good enough for who it’s for.

To further add to it. That balancer bolt was the wrong one, hence needing to rob washers off 4 other balancer bolts. Stole the correct one off the old motor. Not wasting any part of that buffalo
