Exhaust Issues

Yea that might be my issue as well, the car was sitting up for about 2 years and I had to tow it to the house. I had to change the fuel filter, rebuild the carb, put in another fuel line, change the oil, and flush the radiator just to get her to turn over. Now she is loping right on time with the exception of the flapping from that valve on the manifold. I might end up just redoing the whole exhaust system but well see.
