No Start issue - UPDATE kinda long

Yup, A good ground is a must. Bought a old 75 Valiant brogham.
from a old lady. It would start and idle. But it wouldn't go
over an idle. Checked the ground, cleaned it up and drove it
away. Didn't look back to see if she was pissed.
