Tickin nose all the time

If you have a ticking sound and the pushrods are showing signs of wear on the side, you can do one of two things. Get thinner pushrods or drill out the pushrod holes in the head for clearance. I'd try stock thickness pushrods first, if the ones you have are 3/8" they are not stock. I've put stock pushrods through the rocker arm without bending them (if you're gonna shift at 8500 RPM don't miss). Hope this helps.
