fuel regulator and Holly Blue

I have used holley blue pumps and regulators for over 20 years without a problem. Try to replace the regulator, it sounds like your problem. The regulator will make a little buzzing/clicking sound when the pump is on and the engine is off. Check your float levels after you replace the regulator. I read a while back that when Bob Glidden ran his Pro Stock plymouth Arrow to the NHRA championship his fuel system consisted of a Holley blue pump. That's good enough for me.
