fuel regulator and Holly Blue
Thanks for all the responses. I am replacing the regulator but in my looking closer at the carb. I found out that the front bowl of the carb on the float adjustment screw/nut has no threads. its just spinning in the hole. No damn wonder the float is smacking the top of the bowl--There is no way to even adjust it. i bought this carb new at Autozone and they told me they would make it good. It's a 3310S 750cfm. single metering block basic universal carb.
If you look at the pic. of the motor in the car the regulator has been out in front of the fuel pressure gauge. I need to take some more recent pics.
