Yes, you can turn a 360 crank down. One potential problem is the oiling holes in the crank mains may not be centered properly. Not sure if that is a big deal or not. You could re-use your existing rods, but 360 rods are stronger, and heavier. The biggest problem is you would need to have custom pistons made. Last time I looked, there were no off-the-shelf pistons for a stroker 318.
