Truck / Trailer question?

I am not on any one side or another. But my Chevy 2001HD is a piece. I have the great 6.0 Votec piston slap- carbon problem. I will never buy another Chevy. But on the other had I had a friend that had a late 90 modle Dodge 2500 with the V10 and that thing costantly had something breaking on it.
