Honestly? Why wouldn't you? The classic look with all the modern comforts.
I like the originals just as much as anyone here, but I sure do like the instaneous response of multi-port fuel injection and the fuel economy that can be had with it. No need to adjust the settings and tune your carb every month. Not to mention you know exactly what you are buying, a brand new car with all new parts. No possibility of getting a buggered up rattle box (well much, much less likely).
A/C, power windows, F & R power disc brakes, ABS, real defrosters, factory warranty, modern suspension, much more rigid chassis...
Plus all the small reasons you dont think about like they can idle all day long in stop and go traffic and you can hear the radio perfectly fine and it wont smell like rich/raw exhaust, modern sound deadening, updated safety features...
