when the seller said "no inspection needed" what he was refering to was,,,in some states,,depending on year of vehicle,,you need to get a vehicle safety inspection,,none need for that year car in the state of MD,,,
If that is the case, my email might have been a little premature but then again, he didn't correct me and I am always suspicious when the only posts someone has on FABO are to sell something and they don't offer anything else to the group.
