ID this stuff for me

Has anybody tried to put one in an early A? I've driven this motor and it had lots of power. I also have a nice 65 Barracuda project that I can't get the 273 to run yet. I don't want to do any alteration to make it fit but if it will go in the Barracuda, I'll keep it. If it won't then it's up for sale.
