I would worry about getting some real passes under your belt. G-Tech numbers are a nice fantasy, but racing on the track and getting a timeslip in your hand is the only way to truly know what your car - and you - can do.

A trap speed of 112 with a decent short time - and no mistakes - should have you in the 12's.

FWIW, a friend of mine has a C5 Vette with a handful of typical bolt-on mods. It runs high 12's all night long in the 1/4 on street tires. And his LS1 Camaro (with bolt-ons) prior to the Vette was also a consistent high 12 car.
