Keisler 5-speed conversion on Early A-body: Install has begun

fstfish 66, sorry I didn't take any pictures after I got the hoop welded in. I guess I was too anxious to get the trans back in. I can tell you that I would do it this way next time. Depending on where you weld the tubing to the plate (I welded mine on the back half), you can easily get your fingers around the top of the trans.
