If you are running a blower, you should run head studs. Mopars don't have as many head bolts as a sbc.
IIRC, all head bolt holes are blind, no sealant needed.
All threads should be chased with a bottoming tap. Studs should installed only finger tight in the block. Stud nut torque figures are supplied by the manufacturer and a special lube should be used on the threads to assure proper torque. ARP supplies this lube with their studs.
Keep in mind that studs may make it difficult to remove/install your heads. ARP studs now have a hex broached in the top that allows you to spin them out with a hex key.
