Crankshaft for a 360
The stock cast crank is a very durable piece so unless your making 500+ hp or running a big shot of nitrous you don't need a forged crank. I believe SCAT sells them for high hp motors but if your build is mild you don't need one. It ain't a chevy that needs one to stay together. The 360 bearing journals are about the same size of 454 journals if I remember right.
Cross drilling supplies more oil to the bearings but it has a dis-advantge also. It weakens the crank. I don't cross drill a cast crank.
