I would like to dip into the 11's.

It is a possibility that at a later date I will find another chunk for the 8 3/4 with some more suitable track gears and just swap them out before I go, but that is down the road and I would like to build it around the 3.23's.

The intake can always be sold and a good dual plane picked up. RPM Airgap?

I will be adding subframe connectors and relocating the rear springs at a minimum. I don't know yet how large a tire I can get in there until I do, but I am looking for consistancy so it will be as tall and as wide as I can fit.

What do I have to do to the heads to run a cam over .480 lift?
Is there a way to check to see if its been done already?

The valves are 2.02 and 1.80
