cam?

Hey whats up everyone its Shane! well i found out the head gasket blew on my swinger, so i just wanted to know what cam i should use?? Its a 318 with an edelbrock 600 carb. ima run it on some stock heads and stock internals so nothing too crazy. its gonna be my daily driver till i get the 4-door set up wit a stock 318 :) so what would be the best cam? i just want a pretty smooth idle but wit some good horses. Any ideas? Thanks!!
