318 to 360 swap with a 904

Seeing as you know about the mount change, then the only other thing I can think of is to make sure you have the proper harmonic balancer, flexplate and torque convertor. I am not sure about what type of exhaust you plan on running. Headers will be whatever you choose but if you are going to run stock manifolds then you will need some for an A-body.
