Need some help (4 speed related)

Bellhousing looks like a mopar small block unit but tranny does not look like a mopar A833 4spd. The seller mentions Muncie which is a GM tranny.

The shifter is mounted to high to fit in an A-body but it does look like a home made mounting plate.
 
Thanks for your help. I am pretty sure that is an A-833, but of course could be wrong. I mainly want to know it it is a non-overdrive.
 
The pictures are blurry and the gloss paint makes it hard to tell but I did look at the profiles in the Hurst catalog and yea I agree it's an A833.

As far as OD the front (3/4) points down on the OD units. This is pointing up so I would say it's non OD but you never know, the guy calls it a Muncie.

Thanks guys that is what I thought. Just wanted to make sure. I'm hoping the fact that the guy seems to have no clue what he is talking about, is enough to turn everyone off when it comes to the trans. Hoping the terrible color, pics, discription keeps people away. Thanks.
