pcv valve sleeve/cap

im looking for a chrome pcv valve sleeve,,used on the early vavle covers,,
this is the part that the factory style metal pcv valves screwed in to then it slid down over the tube on the valve cover,,,

i thought it was being repopped,,,but can not find any info on it,, a good used one or repop would be great ,,any info on a lead would be great,,thanks [email protected]
