pistons for 318/349 stroker.

G'day guys,
Greetings from down under.
I am toying with the idea of a 318 with a 360 crank,360 heads.I've been told it would need a special piston,is this right? If so can anyone shed any light on this for me and can i get high performance pistons eg hi-comp forgies.?
Any info much appreciated.
Also has anyone got down this route and what sort of performance/hp etc?
