What's a "Hang 10" ?

-
its a thick plastic taillens cover that goes from one end of the taillite lens to the other, seems to protect the taillites, it came out of an original 1973 340 duster with folding rear seat.like I said ive only seen 1 at a car show ,and thow its for the folddown seat cars.If its worth a decent amount Ill auction it off for marvins cause as I dont have the folddown seat in my car but I do know its a rare piece.has a 1 inch crack from sitting but once installed crack will shrink back any would hardly be noticeable.

i know the part your talkin bout, it goes on the inside to cover the taillight housings. i have to of these, one in my 74 sport that has a fold down rear seat, and the other came out of a 73 sport with fold down rear seat

My 76 Dart lite w/ a fold down seat came with one - but i also have an extra that I took out of a 74 Valiant Brougham 4 door.

so its nothing special .I havnt seen any on the folddown seat cars ive seen at shows

it fits my 74 non fold rearseat so ill just use it in the 74 I have. thanx for the help

na i dont thinks its anything spiecial. i think it was to help clean up the trunk with the fold down seat and to protect the taillights from the surfboards or whatever else you put in there. at one point someone covered the one in my 73 with carpet so i put that in my 74

The black plastic tail light covering was part of the trunk dress up package that came with the C73 fold down rear seat option. You also got the trunk carpeting and jack cover.

jack cover?? you happen to have a pic of this? my 74 is all original, or ahh was, and didnt have a jack cover. honestly i didnt know there was such thing. mine has the carpet and the plastic peice, but no jack cover. hell both my wheel well capret cover have the original date coded tags on em
