Control Arm Shaft Kit?????

The control arm shaft kit that McQuay-Norris offers now is a replacement for the upper control arm shaft and associated hardware. Supposedly, it has a larger range of adjustment than the stock ones have. I have one the driver's side.
Moog Chassis Parts is now part of Federal Mogul. Their website isn't real helpful in finding anything.
Ray Caldwell (the guy who campaigned the T/A Challengers) tried an open wheel design a while back that tied the front wheels together on a single axle. It didn't work out too well. The only guys I know of running that kind of rig are USAC Sprint Cars & World of Outlaws.
NASCAR is allowing "coil bind" suspension that allows the right front spring to fully compress making that corner solid with the rest of the chassis. Get it right, and it does help the car turn in. Get it wrong, and the front end skips and chatters. Considering how smooth the tracks are compared to public roads, "coil bind" does not seem like a good idea for a street car.
