tire fitment issue

I am picking up some new used wheels, they come with 4 tires, but i am not sure if they will fit in the dart. it is a 75.

The tires are 245/70/16 (yes 16 inch rims)

The diffrence on width from the stock 205/75/14 is 1.58 inches and the overal diamater is bigger by 3.39 inches.

Im thinking they may fit on the back, but im worried bout the front.

anyway im gonna get the wheels anyway but i dont know if i can use the tires, let me know.
