Ebay dilemma...HELP!

I've had good luck shipping USPS, even shipped a few guitars out of country. They tend not to tear up things, but once in a while I guess it happens. As much as it sucks they're going to deny the claim since that's why they offer insurance. I would feel bad for the guy but I certainly wouldn't give his money back if he opted out of the insurance for a few bucks or less. Gotta think people....:angry7:
