Ebay dilemma...HELP!

shouldnt the buyer of the object then request insurance? If i recieved it all messed up, i would immediately think "I shoulda got shippers insurance".

I dunno - i guess being a good person, you'd refund... but i dont see how you'd HAVE to or anything.... It would save your ebay score though.
