the candy red is the lowest number vehicle (301) with the exception of the Woodward (153) and Black Tie edition (167)
they don't get much respect due to the V6, but they are quick, get 20~28 mpg don't ask me the best I have gotten pulling my trailer is 24mpg
At the time they were built they made the top 50 fastest car. Most stock cars will run high 14's ~ low 15 sec 1/4 mile
The quickest modified car is owned by Mike Krehel and it is in the mid 11's
Many have been running in the 13's
Not too bad for a V 6
Marty Usher had one that he drove on the power tour a few years back with a 4.3 stroker motor, was his daily driver and his 19 year old daughter drove it at Indy to run high 13's after driving all morning to get here in high heat and humidity at Raceway Park.
There have been many of these wrecked even rolled over, I don't know how they do that either.
I do have to be very careful when the road is damp, to comes around quickly and 1st to 2nd can be a hand full, I've look at the side of the car in the next lane thru the windshield
