Need help please!! 70 Dart trunk emblem

I am trying to get hole location for 70 Dart trunk emblem. I am assuming its not glued on. Do all the studs have nuts on them?

My Dart is getting paint now and need to drill holes for emblem because the trunk lid is from 71 Dart. Heres a few pics of progress
