lemontwister,
I can help you out with info to purchase new reproduction seals. Also make sure your front and rear drain tubes aren't clogged. PM or email me for the guy's name, address and phone number who reproduces seals.

I believe you purchased your car recently off Ebay if I'm not mistaken. I would love to have the fender tag info off your car as I'm trying to keep records of all 73 340 sunroof cars left out there. I had it from the auction but lost it!

I just ran across your thread wanting information on 73 340 sunroof cars.
I own a 73 dart sport 340 with the sunroof and the fold down rear seat.
My parents originally bought the car in 1975 and it has been in our family ever since. It is a b3 bright blue with white vinyl top and side stripe with black interior. I still own it and am in the process of building it up.

I just also picked up a 73 dodge dart sport with a 340 and factory sunroof. I'm changing the front end to a 71 duster and removing the tail panel and putting the 70, 71 tail panel in it.

Why, because I love the looks of the sunroofs in these cars and I love the looks of a 71 duster. I know its probably a rare car but I cant live with the car the way it looks right now, I'm not much for the pointed noses. I just took the nose off it and it looks alot better already. I'll keep every thing incase I ever change my mine and taste. Sorry if I offended any one with a 73 and later duster or dart it's just my opinion. I have a pair of them and I plain on keeping them both for a long time.

macho,

Thanks for the fender tag info and yours is #18 on my Dart Sport list. I'm going to agree that you should keep it as original as possibly as far as the body goes anyway. I know some guys don't like the front end or tail panel but it will grow on you if you let it! :love7:

no problem on the info, I'll keep all the parts incase I ever decide to put it back to the way it was. I'm going to paint both of them in a triple black paint scheme. One will be a 71 duster wedge clone and the other a triple black demon clone. After going to Carlisle and seeing the triple black 71 duster sunroof car it's the only color to go with for me now. Does any one know the car I'm talking about? Here's the pics of my sunroof cars sitting side by side. The gold one will be the demon, and the green one will be the duster wedge clone.
