Keep the 10.5 compression ratio and go with a hydraulic roller in the 230-235 range or a solid roller in the 238-243 range. You'll have buttloads of torque, will be able to run on premium pump gas easy and you could keep your converter. Peak hp should come in around 5500+ rpm, perfect for a street car and you'll haul *** at the strip.

It'll be much easier to maintain and tune and much easier live with at the stop lights. It'll actually feel much faster on the street too.

If you decide to go strip only, get some closed chamber Indy heads and swap out the cam.
