A bodies make the NY Times

The NY times recomended the A body. Although I dont remember the Valiant as being "tough as nails".

HEMI PRETENDER - With prices of Chrysler muscle cars in the stratosphere, a Hemi 'Cuda will cost as much as your house - even if it is a very nice house. But among the worthy Chrysler-built cars of the era is the Plymouth Duster, a coupe introduced in 1970 that was a close relative of the tough-as-nails Valiant. Even with the desirable 340-cubic-inch V-8 engine, this junior league muscle car can be purchased for $12,000.
