Wheel/Tire Combo for the big block project

Not sure on the rear end off the top of my head...the car is in a garage at home but I'm taking summer classes for college right now so I can only get to the car on weekends. I'll have to get back to you on that one. As far as the front goes, it has 15" wheels on it now but as I mentioned, there was some rubbing on the fender the last time I took it out...this is really the only reason I'm nervous about 15s on the front. Could this be from a low front tire? or can I fix that by adjusting the torsion bars? I know alot of guys run 15s all the way around so I know it can be done. This is my first project and I'm trying to learn all I can.
