I just want to make sure I take off the right spring(s). You take off the overcenter spring(underdash on pedals), and is that it or do you also take off the spring that comes with the clutch service kit. I have heard of people just using a block of wood for the clutch pedal stop, how thick? I'm starting to get excited all I need is to get a slip-yoke from my brother-in-law, all parts to finish up should be here Monday, and hopefully I will get the car on the road(so I can spend more money to fix all the bugs that I know I will have). Later today I will drive around to find some carpet laying around for people to throw away, don't laugh I'm being serious. Anyway thanks for your help.

Yes all you need to remove is the overcenter spring. Be careful, that is one bad spring. You are going to love that clutch.

Removing that spring will be easy, it is just hanging there not connected to anything. Thank you for the help, had to make sure you know.
