Looking good Larry. Sorry I can't help on what truck mount would work but I know Schumacher replacement mounts are a little thicker. The ones with the internal steel that locks up on torque. Only thing is that $150 price tag but at least their unbreakable unlike the original mounts. They measured about 1/8-3/16" thicker than a new stock one I had.
