Ok I'm looking for a few pictures of the direct connection spoiler (not go-wing) that was made for the duster/dart sport. Similar to the one from the DustAAR. I know someone has a few ;)

I'm putting in the one from the DustAAR, I know that the original ones have the mounting holes on the outside not the underside.

Thats a sweet looking spoiler. Where can thoes be bought at? I was going to go with the go wing but everyone has one.

WELL..... the pic is from the Dustaar that Rodney Chapman had built....... but (don't want to let the cat out of the bag) I've been in contact with AAR fiberglass and they want some pictures of how it mounts...the told me that they have a mold but have not produced any yet! Quote from email they sent me "Yes I already have it done but never made one out of the mold ". So we might see one in the near future
BigStrok3, I agree, and the wing doesn't fit the look I'm going for....

I think I'll "volunteer" my duster to be the test fit.... I'll let them drill holes if I can have one.

Check out

then click the "build" link at the top....tons of pics

Hmmm....Interesting concept. From an aerodynamic point of view that spolier is probably just the right height. No way to know for sure without a wind tunnel. From a styling point of veiw I'd like to see one maybe an 1.5" shorter or angled to the rear a bit more.

Just my 2 cents. :)

call MAS racing products they have them for like 60 bucks (651-644-6811)
I have one, it the outside holes just like the old direct connection one. I haven't put it on yet put I clamped it on to see what it looks like. sorry about the crappy pictures they're from my phone

Looks good other than it looks like it is buldging in the middle of the trunk lid where the body like is other than that it looks good. I might look into that one does it seem to be a durable piece?

Woo hoo to mr speed demon  I've been looking for one and haven't been able to find anything. AND Mas doesn't list it on their website..I've been there tons of times and have never seen it. Maybe item MAS 1671? but no pic :(

So, mrspeeddemon, That piece is not flat across the front is it, it has like a point (ridge) in the middle from the mounting face to the point?
...and for $60..what a deal :)

I got one of the originals still in the box, but its still sitting in Hawaii so it'd be kind of hard taking a picture of it since I'm in Vegas.

it is bulging a little in the middle but I only had 2 little c-clamps holing it on in the pics.but it does flatten out really nice. And as for quality I qould take the quality of this piece over the quallity of my $500+shipping hood from US body.I'm thinking about grabbing an extra trunk lid of my parts car and install it on that lid so don't hurt the original Dart Lite trunk- and I could switch from winged to wingless as I feel like it.

I like the height and rake of that spoiler.

I tried contacting AAR Fiberglass about 5-6 years ago to see if they would use my NOS rear spoiler for a mold. I didn't get a reply back from them, so I guess they weren't interested. I purchased the front and rear bumpers for my '73 Duster from them and they are perfect.

Here's a couple of pix of the spoiler...

The last two pics are of the front spoiler. I believe they came together in one box. the reason for the two parts numbers . I don't remember if they did.
