Well said.........rent awhile and get familiar with the Phoenix metro area. Don't think we've hit bottom yet with the real estate market.

Car stuff abounds with 2 race tracks within 20 miles or so from the center of Phoenix. Local car show every Saturday night year round at a place called the Pavillions in Scottsdale.
