Bent rear end!!! :-(

somebody told me i have the 7 1/4 rear end but seeing as how thats for vehicles with small bolt pattern i guess they were wrong, how do i find out what kind of rear end i have??

i would hate to have to convert my rear end to small bolt patten because i just found all the OE beauty rings and center caps for my rims and it wasn't cheep!!!
