Lowering front end, as low as it can go

The car is a 1970 Dart with stock front suspension.

I loosened the nut on the lower control arm until it touches the pin that goes through the threads.

Can i loosen it any more than this?

Are you saying untill you couldn't see threads showing on top? Is the car loaded sitting on the ground? I have seen them with the adjuster finger sitting on the plate/swivel/nut. Probably shouldn't do that.

What size/diameter of tires do you have? At some point you will have to shave or take out the rubber bump stop on the lower control arm. Do you have stiffer than stock torsion bars?
