Jegs 2 1/2" exhaust reference pics

I have the 2.5" kit on my 69 Swinger 340 with factory manifolds and I think it sounds awesome the few times I have driven it around the neighborhood. I had to fab up the joint where it connects to the stock front down pipe, but other than that, it fit pretty well.
Like someone else said, it would have made life easier if I had started from the back and worked forward, but working from the front to the rear is OK too.
The car is quiet on the inside with no resonance echo, and no additional sound deadener installed, but sounds mean from outside the car.
Would I buy another kit? Absolutely.
I would imagine the 3" kit to be a little more difficult to install especially over the axle where the shock absorber/gas tank is, but keep in mind that I installed the system alone while working on the garage floor and the car on jackstands in 90º heat. Total cost including shipping was just over $200.
