318 from a B-body to a Duster question

I just picked up a fresh 318 w/904 that was in a 1970 Charger, will it bolt into my 73 Duster that has a worn out 318?
Oil Pan and pickup?
Motor Mounts?
Transmission Mount?
Output Shaft?
