I changed mine out in about 15 to 20 minutes.
And it sure made a good difference on firing up and
smooth idle and smooth at 70 mph.
Just mark where your rotor is pointing "on the motor"
and pull the old dist out I think it will turn CCW on its way out,
and slip in the new dist with the rotor on, and pointing at your mark you made before you removed it as it turns in.
I am glad I changed mine out, I think it is saving me 2 or 3 mpg on the hwy and run's cooler then it did when I drove it home.
I boxed up the point system that was doing fine and keep them for back up.
The kit I bought can be gotten like they are saying at your local salvage yard.
