Guitar???

I play electric and acoustic as well...been playing for about 5 years, though i admit im not the greatest, especially considering that i havent really sat down and "played" in about 6 months....ever since i got the car every waking moment is either working on it, working to pay for it, or working on homework....

anyways, i play heavy metal mainly...im a metal head till death....but i love, and i mean love great blues and latin music as well....some of my favs are Dimebag Darrell (#1 hero, RIP), zakk Wylde (i met this flippin god), kk downing and glent tipton (priest), kerry king (slayer), Stevie Ray Vaughan, James Hetfield (metallica), Jon Schaffer (Iced Earth), Eric Peterson (testament), dave mustaine (megadeth), Tony Iommi (sabbath) and way too many more.... my gear consists of a dean 1979 flying V with bill lawrence XL500 and L500R pickups through a Marshall AVT50 running with a Crybaby 535Q pedal and Boss superchorus...my acoustic is an art and lutherie (cant remember the model name, but the best sounding acoustic for the price ever!)
Used to play in a band that had some recordings and ready to play shows until the flopped for another project, which then flopped because of someone who was supposed to be my best friend ended up being a jerkovsky and fudging the whole thing up...yea we arent friends any more..but thats life...its one thing to play guitar, but ill always be a "guitar player"
