That's funny ramcharger, cuss the guy that did the prep and paint swore he'd never ever do another black one. You see with that black and 3 coats of clear if the sheet metal isn't perfect, no ripples, that paint will show it plain as day. Dave spent a lot of time wet sanding the body before paint and I think he's hated me ever since. Since the hood was an after thought I had a local guy do the prep and paint on it, he runs a business rebuilding and painting old vettes so I figured he'd know how to do fiberglass and I was right.
