I have a 71 valiant vin number:VH23G1R192366. I dont know much about this car so any information would be highly appreciated. What I do know is that It was built in Canada so I'd also like to know if there's a difference between american and canadian valiants.

Vehicle Identification Number: VH23G1R192366
Vehicle Model: Valiant/Duster/Scamp
Vehicle Class: High Price Class (Scamp, Satellite Sebring, Satellite Custom, Barracuda)
Vehicle Body Style: 2 Door Hardtop
Vehicle Engine: 318 CID/230 HP 2 BBL V8
Vehicle Year: 1971
Vehicle Assembly Plant: Windsor, Ontario, Canada
Assembly Sequence Number: 192366
this is what the vin decoder said, dont know soo much more, i gues a canadian valiant may have a kilometer speedo instead of the miles one..

I had a 1970 340 Duster built in Windsor. It did not appear to be any different and the speedo was in mph. I did read that the Windsor plant put Dodge interiors in Plymouths and the other way around.

We didn't swallow the metric pill until 1975,76 so anycar built before this was MPH.
