Mine are under the frame rails. The problem is the cut outs in the rear valance panel are perfectly in line with the frame rails. Theres no way to get a 3" pipe past the rear shackles. I'm going to get them over the axle and run the between the frame rail and leaf spring and have them dump out right behind the back tires. My other idea was to just have them exit in front of the rear tires under the rocker panels but my frame connectors are in the way of that.
