Get a load of this...I heard on the news that legislation is being pushed in California to put government stickers on cars that will state the amount of "polluting" emisions being produced by that vehicle. The sponsors said that the next step will to apply a yearly tax to each vehicle based on that amount. Here comes Big Brother...right up your tailpipe!

They're also considering a mileage tax, due to alternative fuels that will take away from the Governments tax profits....we burn less gas, they lose dough.......SO, they are testing (in a number of vehicles, right now as we speak) GPS tracking systems that record and monitor actual miles put on a vehicle and send the info to a central database, so a tax can be imposed REGARDLESS of how much fuel we burn. This has also been sponsored by the left. The first cars to be tracked would be new ones, BUT you know how these things go..............don't you ?

The tax mongers are gonna get us one way or another. We have to fight each piece of legislation as it comes........one at a time.......with a stubborn resolve to BE INVOLVED. 8)
