Dart Sport/Duster headliner

you can go to a sign shop and get the a b s plastic they use for signs, then trace your old one. I installed mine before covering it and use the foil ac tape to smooth the bend lines and seams and covered it with the headliner fabric for newer cars in my son's duster.then I made one for my "waggin" the same way but incorporated an overhead console and a lighting fixture from a conversion van.the abs is very light weight.sorry don't have pic's of the duster headliner right now.it was 20$ for the 4 X 8 sheet of abs and 45 for the headliner material(enough to do the waggin including the b and c pillars) and 15 $ for a can of 3-m 90 spray adhesive.5$ for a roll of the foil tape for smoothing the seams. If doing this your self you have to spray the material and what you are sticking it to.hope this helps.
